By using Hive you agree to these terms. They are written in plain language. They are not legal advice and have not been reviewed by a lawyer.

Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Hive's developer, Sahib Abbasov (legal entity [LEGAL_ENTITY_IF_ANY], if any). By downloading, accessing or using Hive, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Hive.

What Hive is

Hive is an AI fitness and wellness app. The HEX coach provides general guidance for training, food and nutrition, body progress, running and daily habits, based on the information you log or confirm.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country, such as Azerbaijan or your region) to use Hive. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you should use Hive only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Your account & responsibility

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. You are responsible for the data you enter and for how you act on Hive's guidance. You know your body and circumstances best; use judgment and stop any activity that feels unsafe.

Hive is a wellness app, not medical care

Hive and the HEX coach provide general fitness and wellness guidance for informational purposes. Hive is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified professional before starting or changing any exercise, nutrition, or health program, especially if you have a medical condition.

The AI coach has limits

HEX generates responses with an AI model and can be incomplete or wrong. It only reasons over the information you provide or confirm. Do not rely on it for medical, legal, or financial decisions.

Acceptable use

• Use Hive only for lawful, personal wellness purposes.
• Do not attempt to misuse, overload, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service or its AI.
• Do not submit content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights.

Intellectual property

Hive, the HEX coach and character, the Hive name, logo, design and software are owned by the developer and protected by applicable law. These terms do not grant you any ownership of Hive. Your own content (the data you enter) remains yours; you grant Hive only the permission needed to operate the app's features for you.

Beta & TestFlight

Hive is in active development and may be offered as a beta, including through Apple TestFlight. Beta features can change, break, or be removed, and availability is not guaranteed. Some capabilities described in the app may be previews.

Subscriptions & payments

Hive “Pro” is currently a beta preview — no charge is made and no in-app purchase is active. If paid subscriptions are introduced later, pricing and billing will be presented through Apple's App Store, payment will be charged to your Apple Account, and subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.

Managing or cancelling a subscription (if introduced) is done through your Apple Account: open iOS Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions, or the App Store → your profile → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Hive does not currently process any payments itself.

App changes & availability

We may add, change, or remove features, and we may suspend or discontinue the app or parts of it at any time. We are not liable to you for any change to, suspension of, or discontinuation of the service.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hive is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. Hive and its developer are not liable for any injury, loss, or damages arising from your use of the app or reliance on its guidance.

Termination

You may stop using Hive at any time and delete the app (and request deletion of any account data — see Delete your account & data). We may suspend or end your access if you misuse the service or breach these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Azerbaijan, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Hive evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. The “last updated” date above reflects the latest version.
